Mode of Fee Structure Payment

  • A fine of Rs. 100/- per month shall be levied for non-payment of tuition fee and conveyance charge separately if the same remains unpaid after 15th of every month. In case the same remains unpaid till the 15th of the next consecutive month, the name of the student will automatically be struck-off the school rolls and thereafter a re-admission charge of Rs. 500/- will have to be tended for continuance.
  • All outstanding arrears will have to be paid along with the fees of February & March which must be paid by the 15th of January, 2021, failing which the student will not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination.
  • Those seeking admission in the mid-session will have to pay the entire fees from the beginning of the academic session.
  • The school has provision for parents to pay the school fee of their ward in advance.

Module of Fee Payment

  • OPTION-I – A link will be sent to the parent/guardian on behalf of the school by ICICI Bank and thereafter the parents may login for payment of fees by clicking on to the link using the Password and instructions of the bank portal.
  • OPTION-II – Payment of school fees will only be accepted online through internet banking system by the State Bank of India.
  • School Fee will be accepted online through State Bank of India (SB Collect) from the 1st to 15th of the following months i.e. April, July, October & January for quarterly mode of payment. The following steps as indicated below to be adopted for the gateway of payment of school fees.
    (www.onlinesbi.com - SB Collect – then Proceed – Select State - Bihar – Select Type - Educational Institutions – GO – Select Educational Institutions – Happy Valley School and Submit then Select Category – School Fees – after providing details of online payment click on the Submit Button as instructed by SB Collect online systems. Please go through the instructions and guidelines carefully after visiting the site for payment into www.onlinesbi.com and before final submission for online payment.
  • Bank Charges if applicable by the bank shall be borne by the parents for the collection of fees on behalf of the school. AVOID THE USE OF DEBIT CARD (ATM) TO BEAR EXTRA CHARGES.
  • OPTION-II is optional in case you fail to login for payment of fees through OPTION-I.
  • The school reserves the right to amend policies, rules and regulations without prior intimation if felt necessary.
